2: PVA Water Soluble Nonwoven

Water Soluble Non-Woven is good in dust catching and hydroscopicity. It is of high strength and non-run fiber. Absorbing water, it feels soft and elastic. Immersed in water for long, it dissolves slowly, while in water or steam at above 95c, it dissolves rapidly. The essential component of it is polyvinyl alcohol, non-toxic.
Application:
PVA Water Soluble Nonwoven is extensively employed as adjuvant for
computer hollowed-out embroidery and it is applied to embroidering
with flat-sticking embroidery machines and highspeed embroidery
machines with gasketing fabric. After the patterns are embroidered,
the non-woven fabric can be dissolved with water or steam at above
95c, and three-dimensional designs are retained. It is also applied
to medical and sanitary fields for one-time sanitary articles.
Moreover, it is used for daily necessities, such as clearing
cloths, dishcloths and tablecloths, etc.
